This is the trailer for "The Soloist", which was released on the 24th of April, 2009 (US) and the 11th of September 2009 (UK). The film explores issues such as homelessness and mental illnesses. It is directed by Joe Wright and starts stars such as Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey Jr.
The Budget for the film was 60 Million Dollars.
The film got a 55% rating and was said to be "Rotten". It only made just over half of their budget bringing in a total of $31,720,158. The reason it was said to have been so bad was because the original release date was prosponed and then a week before the summer. If it was realsed in May when it should of been in might of been up for academy awards.

Using the star personna liek they have certianly boosts the films bullseye.

Generally, there is a mix in what people seem to think of the film.
I think that it is a gripping poster and draws in the audience straights away and allows you to want to watch the film.
